Statistics show that the presence of autism in children is increasing. Autism is primarily a communication disorder–nothing inherent to autism spectrum disorder causes brain damage, simply communicative difficulty, which early and continued education can overcome to allow children with autism communicate effectively.  This could be universally supported, but like compensatory education and medical assistance for any and all other disorders and conditions, the capitalist system has no way to funnel money into these worthy causes.  The capitalist laws of distribution prevent our society from being able to take care of our most needy people.
